My advice to you

As you all know how great of a man I am, I've decided to spend valuable time to give my superior opinion of your oldies at the Bridge.

In this moment of time the Chelsea oldies are giving Andre a problem — a selection problem. Andre has come into a club packed with world-class names, has a lot of players coming to the latter stages of their careers. He certainly did not expect it to arrive so soon! Although, he was aware of the fact that he would have to deal with these sort of problems effectively. It pains me to see the so called 'fans' negatively criticising any manager.

STAT: If the demands of the fans were met, a manager would be sacked every second in England.

Changes:

Andre must make a few changes which won't please everyone. It's really difficult for such a young manager to make tough decisions so quick at a club with history. He's dealt with a lot of unnecessary media accusations that such a young manager wouldn't expect so early. One thing Andre must do is get rid of those who aren't quite as committed as others, that'll make a significant improvement within the team.

I've read and listened to a few negative fans calling for Terry to be sacked. I mean, if Terry was dropped to the bench or even sold to us [Man City], who would strong enough to step up to the plate and lead by example? — not that Terry is a great example. The racism allegations have been quite a huge distraction for Terry and most importantly Chelsea. Hopefully, once those allegations are dealt accordingly Terry should be able to get back to his old self.

Has Drogba lost the touch?

Drogba may not be the player he was a few seasons ago, but he certainly does give defenders a hard time. Andre cannot afford to start an off-form Torres as it would cost him his position at The Bridge. AVB and the ignorant 'fans' believe you've already reached the stage where every game is a cup final for you.

The only way to get out of this hole you've dug yourselves into is by getting behind your team and refrain from calling for your manager to be sacked.
