Is he or is he not the right man to manage our club?
I was dead against his appointment. But he did start to win me round, he talks very well and comes across as a nice fella. But that's not going to win us football matches.
I'm not saying we should sack him (for now) I'm just asking for the opinion of other fans. Was he a good or bad appointment?

Sutton,
Not a dig this time. Maybe he is the 'right' appointment under your current circumstances and unfortunately that means 'a reality check'. It's the same thing at Derby.
It does make you wonder though. You look at the impact of McInnes at Bristol City & Hill at Barnsley, but maybe these clubs have more realistic expectations, but still both men are achieving some impressive results. You could argue that Hill is even more impressive considering Barnsley have had to scale down things & were favourites for the drop.

We need to give the guy a chance. 4 Wins out of 7 is not bad at all especially after having Cardiff today which would have been a bonus, if we had got anything out of the game!
Yes a massive mistake was made though by getting rid of Billy and if you said there was a chance of replacing Sc in a straight swap with Billy back again then it wouldn't take a second to decide on that, but however our board gets rid of managers that are doing well just because a certain few have a personal vendetta against them!
So yes SC is no BD and never will be, but we need to give him a chance and we are still 7 points of the playoffs so here's hoping
Wish we still had Billy though

i think he is the right man for the job at this time
is he the man to take us into the premier league? probably not, but we don't have the players for that anyway and it's unlikely promotion will be a concern of ours for the next year or two at least.

we weren't going anywhere with billy either, we missed our chance 2 years ago.
do you think billy would've stuck around anyway? they wouldn't have got him any players either and he'd have had a squad 5 men down on the one that was too small last season with another 4 out with injury.

Looking more and more like a bad appointment
