I think Saunders face on the opening caption of Player for his post Millwall conference says it all. Diouf out for a month doesn't help any either. Let's face it, things can only get better.

A big, big, problem will be finding a mercenary to replace Sharp come the January window...

After speaking to Willie McKay before the Watford game I can't feel anything but positive about the way the club is heading. He has been restricted in the players he has been able to bring into as the foreign loan market has been closed while he has been looking for players. When the market re-opens in January there are better players than Diouf to come.
If you are so worried about things why didn't someone want to go and speak to him themselves? He asked me to put the offer out to anyone with misgivings about the "scheme" to go and chat with him this week and it was made on the Watford thread but nobody replied so I thought you must all be content.
McKay hasn't said who could be coming but after looking at the foreign market a 30 year old Ronaldinho is looking for a move from his present club and he is getting no offers atm. I wouldn't put it beyond McKays capabilities to bring him to Donny. There are many others abroad of similar stature looking for a club and I can see this type of player arriving at Donny the way he was explaining things.

Maybe it would be a good idea for McKay and Saunders to go and do a fans' forum so that people who don't post on boards or work during the day could ask their questions?

Just to reiterate NY......
I dislike what the new regime has done to my club but I can see a glimmer of light that we will survive. It will all depend on who arrives in January and how Deano gets them to fight as a team for results.
It all makes for a very interesting season and more grey hairs. I am in Edinburgh for a week now and I suggested that I go and watch Killy v Aberdeen to the wife, just to see how Heffs and Shiels were doing, but the answer was not in the positive. I won't go in to detail with her answer.

Spike, mate.........Rhonaldhino.
Even if Mckay was best mates with him he wouldnt come to Donny.
We couldnt afford 1/10th of his wages even if he is out of contract elsewhere.
I dont think the £2000 a week would apply to him.
However, if he does end up here i will happily meet you at every home game until the end of his time with us and buy you a pint.
I do realise that you were not saying that he will join us but i do get terrible stick from my ManUtd/Arsenal/Leeds/Sheff Wed and Utd workmates every time someone sees a comment like that.
I could even lead to the gracious Eddiethelastleedsfan or the idiot Reev having more ammunition to fire at us.
PS: I hope to have to buy you beer in the near future.

Ronaldinho has just signed for Flamengo for another season, his sponsor is paying his wages.
