Roman is the man who makes the decisions at the club.
Blame him, but remember his wondrous wallet is the reason why you have achieved what you have done. You're between a rock and a hard place at the present time. You all know that his legendary lack of patience and lack of forward thinking has allowed a stagnant culture to develop and it appears to an outsider that the players ego's have been allowed to run rampant.
The thing is if you make your feelings known, he may walk and then where would you be?
It seems that another massive spend maybe required if Roman's desire for instant success is to be satisfied. His 5 year plan for financial stability lies in tatters.

Agree with what you said, I was there yesterday and some players behaved beyond a Joke yesterday... i felt sorry for the likes of Mata who have just joined and it looks like some of our players just play for the sake of having a game of footy! KICK THEM OUT!
