shocking performance tonite, massive credit to palace, diouf is a terrible rubbish player, fergie kept him on and took of berba, understand that one!
performances like these feels like its gonna be a trophyless season, the team needs to improve massively to stand any chance of silverware
after the mind blowing start to the season whats happened???
p.s the da silva twins are a worst of space, great talents but made of glass and nearly always getting subbed each game
feels like it gonna be one of those seasons

A lot of players have let themselves down tonight. Its games like these on which Fergie decides who is cut out for United. We saw certain players phased out after the Coventry game a few years ago, same with the Crawley game last year. Dont expect to see the likes of Diouf, Gibson and Macheda in a United shirt anytime soon. Tonight was their chance and they completely blew it.

Let's not get too carried away. It is a poor result but it wasn't our full-strength side. However, it does mean that some of those players are going to be phased out as bloodred has said. They don't get too many opportunities to shine and tonight was one of those times.

Also, don't be too surprised if Pogba and Morrison begin now to consider their future at the club. They may now get more chances to shine but they must feel really frustrated being left out in favour of that lot.

Pogba and Morrison weren't too clever themselves.

I'm sorry but if tonight proved anythin git's that Pogba and Morrison aren't there yet in terms of their development, and some of our fans have been callin gfor them to start in the league more often which would lead me to believe that SAF probably knows best. Macheda is only 20 and doesn't get that much game time so you can forgive him for being a bit of the pace, similar with Diouf. Evans was very poor tonight and i've defended him over the past 18 months or so but the ridiculous nature of his red against City really got to me and in my opionion he could be one the players being 'phased out' in the near future.

Just seen Fergies interview on MUTV
He said it was unfair for Pogba,Morrison to be expected to perform when they came into the game in a team with established players struggling around them...
