But saying its the players fault, hmm I agree but tactics are also a factor.
Needs to get it right...but maybe hes doing it to get that massive payoff?
I would seriously look at Carlo last season, and disagree that he should have been paid off, I think it looked blatantly obvious that he wanted the sack.
His tactics were so off, and subs? Terrible.

I think our troubles this season show tactically Carlo was/is far better than most of our fans give him credit for. When we were good under Carlo, we were superb.
I don't think he wanted the sack but he wasn't about to beg for his job either. And why should he? Double CL winning manager who became only the second manager to win the PL title in his first season, his credentials are superb.
