Money aside, Hazard any day, Gunners fit him like a glove. I don't think people have seen him play much but with the quality already in the team he would bring something really special. He is far better than Gotze to break defences down and with the possession play of the Gunners he would get many opportunities to do that. He'll make the Gunners top two immediately, he's that good. God he even makes Jo Cole look like a player.
Imagine a future with Hazard, Coq, Frimpong, Ox, Jenkins, Miquel mixed with what we alraedy have RVP, Verm, Kos, Scez, Theo, Song and the experience of Mert and Arteta.....bright!!

Hazard is a fantastic player dont get me wrong. His price is obcene. Hazard in that case is not for us more for Real Madrid.

True, it is Zidane. Hazard is a lot like Zidane by the way, same technical skills, composure etc and he's like just 20. I know we will not buy him but if the money would not be an issue I'd buy him, sit down and and enjoy the football. Gotze is not half of what he would bring

Both great talents, but I'd go for Gotze given the choice, in his position I'd say he's the best young player in the world.
Hazard would suit Arsenal but I think Lille want (and will get silly money) for Hazard.
Personally if Gotze is attainable for under 30 million I think it'd be a fine bit of business short and longterm!
