I was thinking for some unknown reason, of heading to the game today, because recent form has just been that great, depending on when my friend is due back from her shift at the hospital. I'm currently in London, so I was wondering if there anyone who can give me a rough idea on how to get to the ground, what tube line it's on, directions from the stop etc.
Thanks in advance

What part of London are you heading in from?
London Bridge would be a good call as you would get a train to Norwood Junction easily and then it's a ten min walk.
Better still save your money and watch on TV.

Im not entirely sure haha. I'm staying in the accommodation for kings college with a friend, but she's training to be a nurse and has gone to do a shift, so I don't know if that helps you at all?
Thank you to everyone who has contributed, I would just like to ask, where were you all when I walking around for 2 hours in the rain totally lost! But in all seriousness, thank you very much for your help, and congratulations to palace for there win again man you, hopefully you will be too drained to play your best vs a very poor derby side.

King's College is right near Denmark Hill stn. I don't know about that line but it must be easy for a connection. The old booking office is now the Phoenix and Firkin pub so you could have a pint before jumping on a train.
Otherwise you will get a bus that goes past the hospital to Crystal Palace terminus and then another to Selhurst (too far to walk).
Good luck in the league-you need to start getting a few wins under your belt- but don't start tonight please.

I'm heading down from Derby. Will be parking at Luton Airport Parkway, cheap car parking and don't have to drive through the cr*p hole that is London..
Catching the First Capital connect train straight through to East Croydon. From there onto Norwood Junction.

You can't be more than about six miles away but I don't know about the trains or buses and how long they take etc.
Try national rail enquires.
A bus to crystal palace would take about 20 mins and then one to near the ground about 10.

Fill in the information and it'll tell you how to get there and what buses or trains you need to get and how long it takes

Beginning to think that sloth has a very apt name there
The Internet is a wonderful thing and it's easy to find how to get from one place to another.
Glad we could help tho
