The one thing holding this game back is the bugs it has. I think I have it on the worse console in terms of bugs, the PS3 just doesn't seem to agree with it at times and the frame rate goes down. However, saying that it is still the best game I've played this year and is just brilliant. Anyone considering buying it should just get it.

Bethesda always does this. It is the same with all their games. A fix will come out soon and fix it and then it will be perfect, and if they don't, it's because there's a mod that does it for you

Nope. Not at all, all of them are entirely separate games with separates stories, and in the game world there are books that you can read and pick up on what happened in the previous games anyway.
And making a game so massive, it's impossible for a few designers to find every single bug in the game straight away.
They have already released a patch to fix some of the slow frame rates, and lower the game save file size (which grows to be massive).
Definitely game of the year.

I'm getting it for Christmas.
I'm all excited about it, even though I'm 30.
