Today

I've noticed a few posts on the game. To be honest I go
along with Brother Young. Listening to a report coming home
the summariser stated Dunfermline were always 'in it.' Possibly in terms
of the scoreline but not in the overall match. There were many plusses
from today, Aluko was very good, Bendicksen showed up well and the
defence was fairly solid. I wonder if Zico is still rambling on about playing
the same back four in every game.
Big negative is the number of chances that went begging, very much like
last week, we need a better conversion rate, that was easily a three or
four goal win in terms of performance. That corner in about 83 minutes where the fella just zipped it over the bar should not have mattered if we
had stuck away half of our chances.
I was also very impressed with Cardle, he looked about the only
Dunfermline player who could hack it with Rangers or Celtic, very strange
when he went off, especially with twenty minutes left, possibly an injury
surely not a tactical change.

From the reports it was never a penalty ? But a win is a win, means we have to do the business tomorrow,

It's good news for us with big players coming back from injury, very happy to see brown sign a extension contract,

But still a long way to go this season and I am sure more twists and turns before the season closes

From where I was sat the guy has definitely clipped him
when Aluko passed him. I will watch it on TV but I had no doubt at the time.

Points are points. Hopefully we can respond tomorrow. It seems the bears are struggling more at ibrox then away, any reason for this?

Today:Best player - Aluko

Worst - Jelavic

I actuallt though Edu had not a bad game ... as did Broadfoot. Davis turned up, which was good.

I thought it was a penalty, from where I sit (Main Stand , right in line with incident). Thought player had a little tug at Aluko's arm, knocking him off balance. Woeful defending from us for their goal (Whittaker was way too far up the park), although I thought Geegsy could have done better with the shot.

Attached goals link isnae very good, but may interest anybody who missed game.

Pounded 2-1.

That's what the Bhoys were saying only ten days ago.
