I'm not faulting Buckle but he's putting himself in a position where we have to go up at the first attempt.
The board has backed him to the hilt and he is getting players in early so that they can have maximum time together before the season starts.
It will be HIS team and he won't be able to say he had to work with what he inherited.
No pressure!!
