Rovers fans receiving a backlash for yesterday. Fans and pundits alike are hitting out at Rovers fans, just a week after seeming to realise how bad he is. It's almost as if they believe we deserve him.
I wish some of these media outlets would wise up on the facts before making comments on something like this, maybe it's comments like Lawro's that are making other teams fans so judgemental, I don't know, but it's annoying seeing these teams' fans trying to act all high and mighty without any knowledge of our beloved club.
Kean Out!
So much for the media waking up...

If it was happening at certain other clubs they would be saying that the fans don't deserve it, but it's only (Little) Rovers.
People who now better like K Gallagher/Savage know the score not some southern based hack. I remember an article in the Telegraph a while ago were our sports reporter was disgusted at these so called journalists who wrote reports on one of our games for the national papers even though he witnessed them going into the hospitality suite at half time with no telly and not reappearing again. Yet they still managed to write an article based on the full 90 minutes.

Garth crooks teams of the week
The former Everton striker must make their manager David Moyes wince with every goal. Looking fit and sharp, the Super Eagle scored four very well taken goals against Swansea and walked off after 70 minutes to a standing ovation. The fighting spirit of Steve Kean's men is putting the Ewood Park boo boys to shame.
Who feels put to shame?

Why the hell would he add that last bit about the fans? Firstly, it's completely wrong and we're not going to be ashamed if our team wins. Secondly, it is completely off topic from the actual subject ie the player. Thirdly, who the hell calls him the Super Eagle?
Garth Crooks

"walked off after 70 minutes to a standing ovation."
Surely must have been booed - surely thats all Rovers fans do. Couldn't cheer one of our own players, we're not like that.

"walked off after 70 minutes to a standing ovation."
Didn't he score at about the 82nd min for the pen? Shows how much research they do at the beeb.

Here I go again being the devils advocate...
What the media, and many others can see is the obvious togetherness of the squad and their manager.
There may be plenty of reasons for rovers fans to want a change of manager, but ignoring the bleedin' obvious and accusing the media of having an ageda about it, is in truth ludicrous!
I have more issues with the beeb when, amongst other things they put a list up of notable ties in the FA Cup
3rd rnd and comment on every one apart from ours....feeds my paranoia more than the voices
Why get upset with Garth Crooks, Hansen or Lawro?
They are as relevant to the Prem as Burnley!
Super Eagle..Nigerian?

an Ageda....that may be a freudian slip?
Your first name of Ageda has given you inspirational, idealistic, and dramatic qualities.
You have a clever, deep mind and the talent to excel in highly inspirational lines of endeavour as a dramatist, musician, writer, or artist.
You can be lifted by beauty in all forms and are at the most creative when inspired.
Your expressive, affectionate nature responds quickly through your feelings, but you must guard against being possessive and jealous.
Although the name Ageda creates an interest in the deeper aspects of life, we emphasize that it causes an emotional intensity that is hard to control.

The problem is there is supposed to be balance, where is the "Understanding of the frustration" rather than the condemnation, Where is the measured opinion on what the fans want compared to what these pundits have seen "this week". BBC is supposed to be about unbiased Journalism, Saying that Steve Kean and his team are great and the protestors are wrong, is hardly unbiased!
As others have said, UTD fans were protesting about the Glazers when they were 1,2,3 in the premier league and these "journalists" were all over them with sympathy or at least a modicum of balance. We on the other hand are seeing nothing but decline and getting villified for complaining about the fact we look like we could be relegated. I just give up.

GFP, it must be considered though that the fans didn't boo Yak for scoring but his display with Kean.
It was unnecessary at best and inflammatory at worst!
Venkys have banned protest banners (infringement on freedom of speech) and stuck two fingers up with Keans pay rise. Now handsomely paid players with an affiliation as long as their contract seem to want to get involved!

These all powerful omnipotent media corporations have no power over you if you simple turn off your television or don't read their drivel on the websites.
