was just wondering how arsenal will celebrate when they play their last champions league game in 2012 knowing they wont be back in it for many yrs and that they are the Rosenburg of european competion, always in it never to win it .. 2 european trophys in all those yrs of trying for a so called big club is laughable
Its a shame this run will come to a end this yr but if you have no chance of ever lifting the trophy i guess its time to let someone else have a go that plays football with a style and pace that would rip most teams apart
Time to step aside gooners, you had your chance and failed so enjoy one of your last nights in the competion, the real north london club is taking your place

Yes........just like he did last season squire. Let me remind you, how many attempts did it take you lot to qualify from the Group stages of the CL? We did it on our 1st attempt, topped the group as well and then went to the 1/4 finals, while you lot lost to the mighty Braga and then embarrassed yourself at the Camp Nou because you were so cocky in thinking it was a job done after beating Barca in the 1st leg.

you'll be dining out on that for years, won't you? you seem to think getting in just the once and exceeding expectations is somehow better than competing in it for years and years, reaching semi's and and a final along the way. you seem to presume that spurs would have won it by now if they'd been in arsenal's position but spurs haven't even been good enough to qualify.
also, arsenal's "embarrassment" at the nou camp, (which, by the way, could have been a victory had arsenal scored one more goal) was nothing compared to spurs humiliation at the hands of real madrid, so why bring that up? you spurs fans deluded double-thinking is hilarious
