You should really thank Crouch for your CL qualification after all it was his goal that clinched it for you wasn't it? I even posted that last season. It would have been better for you if your own players had scored to help you qualify. To rely on another team's player obviously stated that you weren't good enough for the CL.

Does that mean with only 2 EPL teams thru to the knock out stages, Englands co-efficient will mean only 3 teams will quailfy next season? Even more important THFC maintain their current posistion!

Edin, rubbed in because they weren't acknowledged when I was right and yes I'd be a fibber if I said I wasn't upset from time to time even though I tried not to be. Anyway I doubt that I'll be back on this site unless something like tonight happens again. I liked Fulham winning though. It'll be interesting to see how City do after their first defeat in the PL,I think they'll do a Chelsea.

Theres a lot of banter on this site though Dawn. Honestly my favourite thread in ages was the one of you slating into Ensil lol. You should hang about especially since shelfside has been banned and he was the rudest.

Well he's a sackful of sly, simpering blubber lipped smarm. Is that the one you meant? If so then thank you. He contributes nothing by correcting all the others like that. Ok,Bale's asked me to stay so I'll go back but don't expect too many changes. I can be a feisty bit of lumpy jumper as one Cockney once described me. See you back there then.

It was Crouch who made certain of it.

No, he didn't. Had Crouch not scored the og and the game finished 0-0, we'd have still qualified.

Firstly unlucky on tonight nightmare when it's outta your own teams hand
Although academic, last season's run in would have been interesting if we'd beaten you, putting more pressure on you and jee-ing up our lot following our QF exit to RM. Still given your better GD I still reckon you'd have finished higher.
City's reaction is going to be interesting now, whether some of the superstars head's will drop or will galvanise them to go through the league unbeaten. Tough run of games coming up!! Going to be interesting!!

I cannot get you to see the obvious can I?. Had we won the match we could still have caught you had we won the last matches and you had lost them. It was not certain until Crouch scored the own goal was it? Now an own goal is pure luck and not the best way to qualify for something. Your qualification was made certain courtesy of Crouch.

Even if the game finished 0-0, we would have been 6 points above you, with a much superior goal difference, and with two games left to play. So no, our qualification wasn't made certain courtesy of Crouch - the game could have finished 0-0 and we'd still have been certain of finishing at least 4th before we played another game.
