That has got to be the worst possible date for us. It leaves us in limbo for another 12 months.

Surely this can only mean one thing, the dreaded A word. Administration.

I know his shares are frozen until this date but surely he could sell his stake in BIH or let one of the other major shareholders take over control until this is all sorted?

I really want him out of the club asap. He brought us the good luck of winning the cup but he doesn't have the financial power to sustain us and he must realise this now?

I think you might be right about administration

There is no way (imo) he can do any selling or buying or even haggle about the price of a cup of noodles!!! The courts just wont allow any business transactions to take place what so ever, even if that means the club going down.
If this does happen our wish of him getting out the club might just happen

God only knows we wont be worth what he payed for us whilst they crooks are in charge so how else can we get rid???

Id take one season in the division below next season to get rid of them and bounce back, bit like southampton did....but on a lesser time scale

With the west faultering except for Germany we face the strength and communism of China and Russia. Who the hell owns the other 75% of the club and will Carson still be able to sell with his assets frozen? The most annoying thing about this whole saga is we are being told nothing. Why cant they just let us know where we stand and if they are looking to sell? Seems most people expect us to offload as many players as we can in Jan then be put into admin. Would be terrible if this happened.
