SWFC Fixtures i Phone

I have tried to download on my iPhone but safari can't open or download the file, anything I am missing?? I am trying to download directly on my iPhone.

Not sure Charles. I downloaded to i Cal and then synced with phone. Don't know why swfc.co.uk don't provide something like this?

I had the same problem with my iPhone but followed the instructions for Syncing with iPhone at this website and got it working perfectly. http://arstechnica.com/apple/news/2009/07/sharing-calendars-with-google-calendar-ical-and-the-iphone.ars
You need a google account with a calendar to import the fixtures into before syncing. Save the fixtures calendar from the link in the earlier post somewhere on your PC. Log into Google, go to your calendar, click on settings under "my calendar" then click on import calendar. Browse to where you saved the fixtures calendar on your PC and click on the import button. You can then sync your iPhone to that calendar using the instructions at the artstechnica website.
