I don't think anyone would consider the Bangladesh team as a disgrace to cricket.

Yes their test status is questionable due to performances but disgrace is a strong word! It's definition is quite clear and I don't think you can use it describe someone who is trying their best but lacking the ability to achieve consistently.

I doubt they are trying their best.. when in 10 years they are still in the same position they began..
