They say that Sally doesn't want anyone looking over his shoulder, and wasn't consulted on this appointment.
They say that Whyte is doing his best to talk Sally into staying until Christmas.
Where would Whyte get a cheaper option than Sally?
It looks like Whyte has shot himself in the foot with the appointment of Gordon Smith.

I was in walkabout, Beir Halle republic and bar square today with friends, and everyone is talking about the boat being rocked at Ibrox.

zachsda, mixed company, not all Celtic fans, in fact the guy that told us about it in Walkabout supports Rangers, i have known him since we were 6 years old, and have no reason to doubt him, he has good contacts at one of the National newspapers.
