Hello fellow gunners i'd like some opinions on the transfers we want arsene too make this summer. Heres mine:
OUT- Denilson, he says he wants to go and we'd all be happy too let him.
- Bendtner, i quite like him but i would prefer to bring in another forward, he would advance his career better in another league in my opinion.
- Almmunia, not good enough.
- Nasri, if he still demands 100k a week, i would sell him as he would fetch a big price tag, i read inter would pay £40m for him. He is not worth that much so it would be a good deal, however i'd still prefer to keep him as he is a great player, just not worth 100k a week.
We should keep Diaby, as he can be a decent backup and we've seen glimpses of his ability. Also i would keep Eboue as he is really loved at the club and can also fill in well, see bacrelona first leg.
IN- Melo, even if he is not brilliant technically i would love to see a fighter in the midfeild.
- Striker, Benzema or aguero would be amazing but are probably to expensive, more realistically Demba Cisse as a poacher, also Odemwingie would be a great buy, he has 15 goals with assists from Morison and Brunt, he should get loads more being fed by fabregas and wilshere.
- A left winger is needed but i think Hazard is too similar to arshavin nasri etc, someone like Man U's Valencia whos strong and fast would be brilliant, i dont know of any good choices though.
I dont think we need any defensive changes unless someone leaves, What i do think we need is a new defensive coach, Pat Rice dosent seem to have worked on the defences weaknesses in my eyes.

I agree with Melo, we have enough people to dance around the opposition, someone to run through them would be appreciated.
Not sure if Aguero would benefit us as much if we do get a strong fast winger, we need someone who can get onto crosses. Van Persie can cross a ball brilliantly, but we have nobody to latch onto them.
That was the reason why Wenger bought Chamakh, but I feel we need someone with a bit more grit and strength, Oscar Carodzo wouldn't be bad, even though he's getting on a bit.

I agree with your thoughts on who should leave.
I've had a soft spot for Bendtner and his incredible confidence. He has shown flashes of brilliance (that goal this season where he had an amazing first touch from a huge long ball, cut inside and bang) but has moslty been distinctly average. Same with Diaby.
Denilson just hasn't featured this season, and I hope Nasri stays.
Felipe Melo could be a handy purchase, similar to Gilberto I suppose.
Can't decided on strikers, Odemwingie has been great this year, whether or not he could cut it in the CL I'm not sure. Aguero/Benzema, too expensive for Arsene. Not sure if we need a big, strong centre forward, like Drogba (Lukaku) or a lightweight poacher - Gameiro.
Hazard would be awesome. If not, bring on Ryo M perhaps.
