I'm back with another one of these but this time it's football related.

So here we go:
Vote 1* for In Goal
Vote 2* for Defence
Vote 3* for Midfield
Vote 4* for Up Front
Vote 5* for Never Played

TooDeeench you might want to ask your physio about cross training. He will know your limitations better than I do, but this is often a good way to build up strength and ease the pain.
Good luck on your recuperation!

Swimming is how Ledley keeps his fitness up, and it is really good for strains & muscle problems because of the bouyancy in the water.

Neither could I junction, but I was told swimming was the best thing to do so I cracked on with it and just got better. I knew how to swim just wasn't the most confident.
As in using a cross trainer? I try to do stuff like that, I'm trying to get some sort of fitness back doing as little impact training as I can really.

No..........................................cross traing is performing a variety of different exercises as part of your fitness routine, which allows you to work different muscle groups. It means that you get relief from just doing exercises that put too much strain on your leg.
We used to call it circuit training!!

She hasn't mentioned anything about it, and to be honest I hadn't really though about it. But I'll ask her when I see her next week
