Does £4.50 make much of a difference? Well let's look deeper into this. Earlier in the season our friends and South Yorkshire neighbours entertained us on a Tuesday night and decided the price for away fans that night was gonna be £28.50. This resulted in a protest by Town fans who thought The Blades Money Men were taking the Michael! Only a paltry 1,549 fans turned up that night in a total crowd just over 17,000! Now, let's look at tomorrow. Our other South Yorkshire neighbours have priced the game at £24. this is the price of a beer in some southern pubs, but us northerners won't pay that. So far 3,908 tickets have been sold, with fans still able to purchase tomorrow too! Now, Sheffield United are not awash wish cash at the moment, so what cost is it so far for their attempted rip off off already hard up fans?
Sheffield United - 1,549 * £28.50 = £44,146. 15p
Sheffield Wednesday - 3,908 * £24 = £93,972
Let's hope the board at Sheffield United and other clubs start to realise that football fans are nit clueless! The figures above show we are far from clueless!

With the salary cap coming in next year, That means every club should be on the same financial footing. Does this mean each club should charge the same price for fans no matter who they happen to be playing or where. ???

It should be no more than 10 - 15 in everywhere, everyweek for anybody watching football below the top flight, But we cant do that are the cries of the chairman of the bottom 48 !!! 90 day change of contract, Same as the rest of the nation seem to be getting since the financial implosion .
