Why?

Does Houston persist with the consistently mis-firing Jon Daly leading the line for Utd?
Today at Killie he squandered a hat-trick of chances (at least) costing us two points and a top six placing.I know some of you will point out that he is our top scorer etc but for me he is more of a hindrance to Uniteds forward progress as more accomplished players are being held back to accommodate Daly's selection,i.e.Russell being played out wide.
Put another way,if Pernis shipped as many goals as Daly misses would he still be first choice keeper?

Although it was a good away point at killie united were the far superior team and killie should count themselves quite lucky to still be above us in the table.
I do like big JD but he does seem to be having a wee dry spell just now, if i was houston i'd have taken daly off at half time as it clearly wasnt his day and put on dow or dalla valle, i'm not going to be too harsh though as i think the team is starting to gel a bit outside of the OF we've had 3 wins and a 2 draws in the last 5 games pretty good really killie and st johnstone seem to be on the slide a little and who knows what is gonna happen at hearts after xmas. I do think we will be pushing top 4 by febuary.

Should give Houston and the team some credit for Saturday. PH changed to 442..finally...and particularly 1st half we were excellent. Probably the best I have seen us this season.

Daly had some very poor misses, and i think any target man would do as well as he does - i guess he stays on because he is important defensively at set pieces, and every kick out from Pernis goes to him.

Ah well,'tis the season of goodwill so he's forgiven (for now).
