Naturally, I hope you don't. To be honest, George hasn't reached his striking potential with us this season. He's been a good playmaker, though.

We should at least make an offer. If we could get McGoaldrought and D****shire out on loan that might save about £8K a week. Put another £2K to that and offer him £10K until the end of the season. Thats £10K more than he has een getting.

Can he play Centre Back?

Our 'strikers' have an almost obsessive desire to keep the ball out of the net. Stick a couple of them at the back.

He wouldn't be my first choice because under BD he wasn't much cop IMO

However, SC may be able to do something with him that Davies couldn't.

Even so, I'd try and find a net buster rather than bring him back

Kris Boyd is a net buster in the situation we now find ourselves in. He always scored against lower table opposition!
He would be a 15 -20 per season man in the 3rd division, where if we're realistic, we may very well end up.
