Never been a fan of Samaras, but fair play to him he has upped his game big time in recent matches. I believe his best position is on the left, because he still doesn't score enough to play as an out an out striker.
However as an ardent critic of his over the years, I am delighted for him that he has struck this vein of form. Hopefully he will keep it up and improve further. Well done to Lenny for getting the best out of him, and hats of to Georgios Samaras.
Hopefully more improvement to come from him on a consistent basis, he has the talent to be a top player.

I may be cynical, but it seems Georgios' best form seems to coincide with a transfer window or if he is needing a new deal.
I hope I'm wrong, because if he can play well for the rest of the season he is a significant asset to the team.

When played on the left, he's excellent.
When played up front on his own he's excellent.
In any other position, he's totally ineffective.

If someone came in with a bid at £2m or more I'd still take it

I think the guy would be a revelation in Spain or Italy, Scottish Football's just too mental for him.
Whoever he goes to, he's going to be a hit.

He's still only 26.

Heard there's a Queen tribute act who need a new Freddie Mercury and he's hoping to catch their eye with some solid displays.
I hope he's stuck at Celtic for years to come
