Paragraph 16 and 17 clear up your quote mining. The FA claim that Evra exaggerated in his account of the actions of the Chelsea ground staff when they tried to block him with lawnmowers. Nothing to do with racism, and there is no mention to his claims being "unfounded".

And if Evra did say that to the referee, then he should be charged. Did the referee include it in his report? I would have thought that he would have done.

I did not say it was racism. i merely pointed out that evra's "evidence" could not be relied upon which questions his integrity.
As for what he said to the referee, it obviously was not included in the report as not action was taken which is quite lucky for evra at the time.
what is not so lucky is that liverpool will be taking this all the way so actual legal proceedings will be taken and ALL the facts will come out, including what evra has done so action can be taken against him also.

The point here is i dont think anyone thought that the FA would hand out such a harsh punishment over a case that was so unique and now they have, Evra will have a case to answer because of it.

Obviously it is easy for you to make idle talk on a forum where you aren't liable for baseless claims.
Interesting though that when Evra makes claims that he cannot back up (whether true or not), he is unreliable, however it's fine for you to do it.

If Evra did say it, then it's unacceptable, however you have to see the hypocrisy here, where you want Evra to be charged without evidence, but you aren't happy about Suarez being charged at all.

Ok, just this once.

Yay - fergie x 3 saved the LFC victims from horrible mancs

well, lets just see how this plays out.

the club are quite adamant that suarez has done nothing that can be equated to racism yet the FA have banned him. They would not have come out with a statement like that if they did not have a good case. It hardly beat about the bush!
As for the evra comments, the club have already revealed that evra called suarez something disgusting in spanish, which he fully admitted and got no punishment for.
Cant wait for this to get played out with the FULL facts instead of using Suarez as a scapegoat
