The FA launched an appeal which is denied to the players under their own jurisdiction, and also used methods which are denied to them.

A bogus charge. Jesus wept. Someone help these scousers.

First of all, Evra was a liar, Suarez said nothing. Then it was he said something but it was an endearment. Then it was Evra playing the race card and the evidence will prove Luis is innocent.

Now he's been punished by the FA and the charge is bogus.

What do you mean the charge is bogus?

If the charge is bogus, and not true, then the FA would collapse and fall completely. You cannot charge a player with racism if there is not a strong case for it. This is not the FA favouring another team or picking on yours, this is them doing an investigation and following through with the results. I do not understand why people are saying it's bogus

Taken from the Liverpool statement...

"It is key to note that Patrice Evra himself in his written statement in this case said 'I don't think that Luis Suarez is racist'. The FA in their opening remarks accepted that Luis Suarez was not racist."

If you are willing to accept their verdict, which is your opinion, you should also accept their statement on Suarez not being a racist, surely?
