it is a bit muddled, I was lucky enough to catch the Cain vs Dos Santos fight, but mainly through extensive internet searching.

My understanding is that ESPN have a contract for a set amount of PPV UFC events. The Cain vs Dos Santos fight was a big thing in the US, as I believe it was the first 'free to air' event. This basically meant it fell outside of ESPN's deal, to show all the PPV events. Which is why a deal was struck to get it shown on another (somewhat random) channel.

And I think Marco is correct in that, any UFC events on Fox in the US (such as TUF) can probably now be expected to be shown on FX in this country.

Yes mate, I got ESPN solely to see us lose to Crawley last January didn't intend holding onto it but got completely hooked on the UFC
