Did you watch in Pol? Muzza really does have an excellent all round tennis game now. He can serve well when he wants to, his backhand down the line is astonishing, he hits some great forehands cross court too, has a neat drop shot and plays some great lobs. Win or lose, whoever beats him is going to have to be an excellent player and then play well too. Good days.

i did maksi. he's playing some great stuff, just wish he'd quit moaning at his camp when things don't go his way. it's quite annoying to watch really.
also he needs to use the forehand down the line more often. goes cross court way too often i think but looking good

Pol, today I have sat in my chair ( I have a very patient wife lol) and do you know what I have witnessed? I have seen Djoko win after smashing his racket and behaving like a 2 year old child for several games. I saw Nadal win despite snarling his way through 2 sets. I saw Federer win and yet he was rattled several times by his one time nemesis from Argentina. What is my point? Andy Murray isn't the only player that plays tennis and gets upset on court. All the people on here who criticise him for that have hidden agendas. Some hate him cos he is Scottish, most hate him because he is British and can actually do something good. We as a nation have always been very jealous of winners. Looking forward to the next match with him playing Gasquet? Isn't great that we Brits can have such games to enjoy these days? don't take this wrong way mate but i'm not interested in the other players i'm interested in andy murray and i think his focus gets lost when he starts his shenanigans and uses up a lot of nervous energy with it all.

got to be more focused. federer never lets his guard slip that way and andy could learn a lot imho

True Pol, but Andy Murray has created himself, and I actually love his tantrums on court. I also loved watching Mcenroe As long as he plays a bit of decent tennis mind, and luckily for us, he does just that. I have 3 weeks holiday now and will be flying out to Golden Sands, Bulgaria on Tuesday morning so no problem for me watching the big game at 1 pm on Monday. Again it will be a difficult match for Andy. That said, and having watched the big 3 yesterday I am more convinced than ever that our fella can win this competition. This games in the latter rounds come down to 1 or 2 defining moments. Lets hope Andy grabs his chance. Win or lose, I admire his efforts and he is always giving it his best. Unlike Football and many other sports, nobody can help him once he sets foot on that court. If he plays badly he will lose, and yet he does us proud, time after time.
