Maynard to be sold

I'm not having a go at Maynard, but for me it's inevitable that team unity will suffer with Maynard around.
Although I think it's more to do with Cisse and Marv not playing together, I wonder if the City players have known this for a few weeks - could this be a factor in our last 3 games ?

I know i am jumping the gun, but if no on comes in for NM or he doesnt want to sign for any club that does, what do you think he will do then? surely he wouldnt stitch us up and not sign a contract at all (not even for a year) so he can go for free, would he?
