Wenger didn't want to manage PSG. He wanted to buy PSG. Arsene thought that the club had great potential because it is the main club of such a big city. The Arabs will soon find out the French don't regard football in the same way as the English do. The French league will never get exposure worldwide as the premiership does. So Arsene's idea was always a non-starter.
