"It Begins" Who could be behind it?

02/01/2012, the date we'll be witnessing who or what is behind the recent "It Begins" promos. Now everyone's saying it almost certainly signals Jericho's return, but I have a sneaky feeling it could be for a TNA wrestler such as Sting or Samoa Joe heading to the 'E. But here's my candidates on who could be behind it:

Brodus Clay (his other vignettes were cut off)
Sting (if you actually scramble 'It Begins' you'll end up with 'I Be Sting')
The Undertaker (this could mark his final run in the WWE)
Skip Sheffield (I know this is outrageous, but he has hinted on Twitter that he could be behind them. He has since pulled back those tweets)
Jericho (The most likely candidate)

Who do you think it could be?

These videos are hyping a potential WM28 feud between CM Punk and Chris Jericho and here's why: In the video the little boy is representing Jericho and the little girl is representing Punk. Keep this in mind throughout my explanation. Notice, how the little boy continues to write in his notebook and the little girl keeps trying to look at what he is writing. Once the boy goes into the corner (Jericho's time off from WWE), The girl tries to do the work herself, but can't come up with anything. Keep in mind that she looked at the boy's notebook and this is implying that she has stolen the boy's work, which represents Jericho going to come back and claim that Punk is a fraud and has stolen his ideas and gimmick and what not. Also the ball in the video represents Jericho "dropping the ball" by leaving and Punk "taking the ball and running with it". The ball belonged to the boy and the girl took. At the end the girl, is standing in the spotlight and the boy is in the dark with his head down indicating that we have forgotten about Jericho and that Punk is the new guy we all know and love. This will lead to WM match with Punk and Jericho. Look within the video not what the kid is saying....

That's too complex for WWE writers to comprehend.

Arsene Wenger's water bottle suplier

Absolutely love your theory, and I hope this actually comes to fruition.

I certainly wouldn't mind a jericho punk feud

A Jericho Punk feud would be awesome, thinking of the type of match these two guys would put on, gets me all excited, it would be a potential match of the year knowing what both Punk and Y2J are capable of in the ring.

It was a really creepy video so I'm not 100% sure why it was Jericho instead of 'taker, just smoke and mirrors I assume. Either way, should make for a good main event at wm

makar

It was obvious it wasn't Taker from minute one, the fact the first few were exclusive to social media ruled him out instantly in my head. They had Jericho's mark on them all the way through. Chris is the most adaptable character performer in wrestling today, he can reinvent himself over and over again, and i said from the moment these promos caught my eye that rather then the tone in them advertising a superstar with a direct link to their errie atmosphere - it was more a clue of the type of character Y2J was gunna reinvent him into.

Chris is also very meticulous about his characters, so the girl in the promos has deep roots into his comeback, whether it be a methapor or an actual person.

Jericho's returns are always a major letdown, and this was no different, however i thought the way it played out was very clever.

Face it, 90% of people KNEW it would be Jericho. They also knew he would be involved with Punk so everyone expected some interference during his match, the fact it never happened got everyone second guessing themselves. Not only that, but viewing figures for the final hour have been dropping recently so this was the perfect way to keep people watching.

He was always going to get an initial face reaction. But without the match interference it would be difficult to garner instant heat, and having him run down everyone, without an opponent, straight off the bat would be lazy. The drawn out process of him 'mocking' the adulation was perfect.

Jericho makes his way down the ramp to huge cheers, he slaps hands with fans at ringside.

And then...

Jericho has a mic in his hand, screaming at the crowd and working them up right until he drops the mic and walks off without saying a word.

Those who think it's poorly booked are incredibly naive. You've fallen hook line and sinker. You're all talking about it. Jericho was trending worldwide last night without saying a world and you'll all be tuning in on Monday to see what he has to say.

Job done.
