Lets have a good win today

Please, all City fans who saw the game today, please air your views, but do it honestly. If we aren't performing......say so!

We stink! I think we are a team of stats?! We like to complete passes and not concede. We are Bunch of boys amongst men. Shocking......

Your'e probably right Culle? We are boys. We need some guts on that pitch. Which players are man enough to be winners?

Playthepitch, I say what I see. I'm fed up with the constant excuses on players coming and going etc etc... Stand up and be counted, they are well paid and coached well?! When the whistle blows desire, ability and a never say die attitude wins games. I don't see that in our team? Our defence is our best part of the team, our midfield however is the worst I have seen for years! Sorry for the honesty......

Don't apologise for your honesty. If you've seen us perform and are not happy, then you have a right to say whether other people agree or disagree. Nothing wrong in that. It's debate/banter or other. Wish people were as honest. It's not as if we are slagging off our team..........far from it. You and i see it as it is and say so. Rather be honest than sit on the the fence and accept mediocrity. Honesty, in the long term serves people well. They look back and accept it. Fair play. Why accept 2nd best when 1st is up for grabs? Just try. But try. If it ain't good enough at least you had a go. Push your limits. Those that don't try can't shout and complain can they? No reason to. Those that try can hold their heads up and say that they gave it a go, in any walk of life.
Keep trying lads. Improve, don't accept mediocrity............try improve, game on game.

Listened to Radio Leicester, and was astonished. Even Youngy is purporting to see positives in all of this.
Can we be clear, please? IT IS RUBBISH. Ipswich, like P'boro and Doncaster, are lower league nonentities, whom we failed to come close to beating, and still folk talk about a late run for the play-offs. Pearson had nothing to say after the match that was the least reassuring, and sounded to me like a proud but limited manager at a complete loss to know what to do next. We are going backwards.
I have now officially given up on promotion this year. Please, persuade me I'm wrong.

Don't give up MallingFox. We need a decent winger and strikers that are brave. Players need to wear the shirt aswell as collect their wages. Midfield needs a leader. Thought Wellens might grab that one but needs to open up more? King needs more steel, lots more. Abe....good player me thinks.....doesn't get enough credit. May not set the team alight but does the simple things ok. We need this killer winger. And strikers that are in a position to net. If they miss....so what. At least they had an effort at goal. No efforts, no goals. Simple. The defence desperately needs a talker, a leader. Step up that man. Who's the MAN?

Abe played well all considered? Wellens just walks around a lot. When we get possession there are not many options available for the player with the ball? I can't believe fernades isn't playing....that all said the midfield needs attention in order for us to move forward.
Playthepitch, I like your attitude about expressing all opinions.....

Thanks Culle, many may disagree with you? I love my team but can't get to see them coz of financial reasons. (Fans now in uproar). Regardless, i see highlights and get to the odd game here and there. You don't have to be a season ticket holder to see who can play and who can't. I'll challenge most on that one. Certain players ain't got it and will never have it while in a City shirt. Forget your favourites............it's who does it regularly that counts. Just because a Dyer, Howard or Beckford has a blinder 1 week doesn't make him an un-droppable star. Far, far from it.Consistency is key. Who, in a City shirt can say that they have "performed" for 90 minutes most weeks this season? Few. Very few. Schmeichel maybe? Nugent? If Johnson is as good as people say, then why isn't he in this team? He should be fully fit by now surely? If so, forget the old guard and get him in. We should be no less than 4th by now in this division. We still can be if the players play. They aren't. Why? I don't understand why? Not enough desire. No grit. Come on City Players, start performing before you take your wages home. Over-perform, not under.
