Sacking Cotterill would bring even more instability and certain relegation.

Cotterill needs time to build a squad he thinks is good enough for the Championship. If this means selling half the team in January then so be it. Hopefully we can replace them with players that care.

Get rid of McGugan for a start. He's been awful this season. I've no doubt he'd do better in a better team, so hopefully a premiership team will offer us good money for him, so Cotterill can start rebuilding our poor squad.
