A few years ago, loans weren't even allowed between PL clubs.
In my eyes it should be only players under 21.
The club taking the player must pay 100% of his wages.

yeah, the access from that area into Central London is quite easy when the Piccadilly line is operating without severe delays.
There's not much jobs around that area, though.
