With 2 new singings expected in early Jan, I predict that there is no doubt what so ever that LC will bring in a new CB, prob on loan with a view to buy..
And also I believe that LC is a bit dissapointed with the level of quality we have as regards to a play making central midfielder...I reckon he will try to buy a quality central midfielder for up to £1 mil...
Obviously another effort to off load 3 or 4 un required players will also take place..i.e.

Rhodes has definately 'come on'...it's not long ago some were saying he was slow, lazy and had no stamina....

How many other of LC's signings can you say have 'come on' during their time at Town ?

Mirf, Rhodes this season is DESPITE of Clark. If Clark had played him more last season perhaps we would be up now,? Instead of worrying about Carlisle!

Aye, Wethers, I dont think it was just Town fans who were mystified at the benching of our top scorer in the play off final,,,,,, I dont think many people thought JR was lazy last year,, I certainly didnt think he was, I did however think a few times that he was suffering some sort of lethargical debilitating illness as he just looked shattered all the time ? Whatever it was, It seems to have passed,,,, With regard to Clarky improving players,, I honestly dont think either Pilks or Pelts got better, They were both already good players, All that coming to Town seemed to do for them was provide them with a bigger stage to parade their talents, I actually thought Peltier went backwards the last season we had him, And when watching Pilks now, I have noticed, as have others, That he no longer seems to be having a running dispute with Lambert as he did with Clarky, More respect for the manager or he has grown up ? I know what i think,,,,,, Shame Bruce has gone, I actually thought he was better than what we already have and may have been a nice foil for Mccooombe at the back.

rhodes is slow.. even compared to the crawley reserve striker who played for bounrnmuff against us the other week..

you have to make chances for jordan, he wont collect, hold and turn and go past people at pace, it just wont happen.. he has to have a head start..


the old trafford debacle was because we failed to play with 2 up, any two, and we failed then to support our lone striker properly from the start and defended like small boys towards the end..

suggest we try annd play looking towards their goal tonight rather than everyone above the back 4 playing with their backs to it..

I think LC had admitted he made wrong decisions at OT...Afobe as a lone striker...

I agree though, we need to concentrate on our attacking game, crikey we've got enough firepower nowadays...ok we'll leak a few goals on the way, but so did Southampton last season who won far more games than us in the final 23 game run in...
