True, that was perhaps overstated a little, but what I meant is, unless Wenger changes his stance and actually buys a some decent players for decent money, then the Spurs are likely to finish above us. Many neutrals would view that their squad (on paper) is stronger than ours and that the currently play better football than us (unlike Vill 2 yeras ago). They are currently 5 (and most likely 8 if they win the game in hand) points above us. We are struggling to beat sides like Wolves, Everton and Fulham at home? Does recognising these unpalatable facts make me a pathetic fan?

Blade gunner, spurs do not have a stronger squad than us, that is a myth. You need to realize that we still have Wilshere, Sagna, Diaby and Gibbs out. All four of them could make our starting eleven and that leaves the likes of Santos, Mertesacker, Arteta and Ramsey on the bench. Also on the bench we have Chamberlain, Coquelin, Rosicky, benayoun and arshavin. All these squad players I have mentioned would easily make the spurs squad.

They have Defoe and Kranjcar as their impact subs. When everyone is fit, our impact subs are miles better. Our squad is definitely better than their squad, but their team is currently playing better than our team. This can change very quickly.
