Stock exchange rules meant he couldn't say much until the takeover was complete.
He's only just now got his feet under the table and put the people in place that he wants to run things..........seems like good timing to me.

It's June 20th....... most teams have their real business still to do.
I'd rather get the right players at the right price than panic into signing guys just to appease a few impatient fans.
And why should the existing players be in such a rush to sign new deals or the club panic into throwing too much money at them???..........plenty of time left to get deals done.....it seems the celtic fans feel this is a more pressing issue than anyone at Rangers.

This Whyte character that started off as a billionaire and then dropped down to a multi millionaire, and now he's being described as a plain old business man, can't get a loan anywhere.
He is trying to put up the next three or four years season ticket money as a guarantee for a £25-30 million loan, and it took this super rich dude six months to buy Rangers for £1.
This guy knows fine well that Rangers fans are gullible
