Yeah, this is also on a few other websites. The way I have seen this is we have another keeper lined up, and due to the talks SG had with Kasper's agent it seemed as though no new deal was possible therefore getting a fee instead of nothing is the right thing to do.

I would suggest to Kasper that he either gets his agent on side or dispenses with his services then he'll know what his being said because he'll be saying it.

Kasper Schmeichal was previously overhyped & is currently overrated. With the exception of the odd dramatic save here & there, his fundamental keeping attributes are average at best. Considering at one point in his career he was playing ahead of Joe Hart it shows in abundance at how his career has deteriorated in recent seasons.
He is however extremely intelligent to realise that he has gone from the great heights of the Premier League to the lowly hovel of Leeds United, so has decided to move on. Slightly embarrassing leaving Leeds for Leicester wouldn't you say...?
Rumour has it Scott Carson maybe available, along with Lee Bowyer, Ian Harte & Harry Kewell. Perhaps you can relive the glory days again of reaching a Champions League 'Semi' final

No deal reached with Kasper as well, seems to be a pattern amongst them leaving, or left.
Bates is the tight one behind this, and Grayson is his puppet.
We have at least 2 more seasons in CCC, if we don't get relegated. Can't see promotion or playoffs at this stage.
Unless the dynamic duo leave, we'll be slowly torn apart at the seams.
