Are so unbelivabley inept it makes my ears bleed.
1. At times he cant string together a coherent sentence, he often says things which mean abosolutley nothing
2. He constantly recycles every cliched phrase under the sun
3. The things he says about his players inspire so little confidence.."last game they have played" yet we have a game in 2 days after losing 3 on the trot. Then he has the cheek to backtrack and say " I might regret that"
Basically he comes across as a pretty blunt tool and no wonder he has lost the dressing room with his man managment skills - I dont think its a coincedence players have spoken out about Grayson (Bannan, O'Brien, Kilkenny etc) and I think the dresing room is lost.

Don't understand why everyone on your boards are moaning about Bates & Grayson.
You are currently 10th in the Chumpionship and if you were realistically honest, you are positioned about where a club the size of Leeds United should be. Don't try and punch above your weight - you have to accept currently you would be an embarrassment if you did manage to get into the Premiership so be content where you are until such time you can compete.
