options for Suarez

If LFC lose any possible appeal over Suarez, can they take it any further?Uefa,Fifa or maybe a civil court?I have no idea what could be a possible response{if any}, but I would expect the 8 game ban to at least be reduced, for what seems to be the flimsiest of evidence in the FA report.

Siempre Rojo, a simple question. After Uni, what route did you take, BVC or LPC? JimmyTheRed

the standard of proof as required by the FA isn't enough to satisfy the liverpool fans.

You will then, have no problem in telling me, what was the evidence, beyond what Evra accused Suarez of, that the FA have shown in this report.
Take as much time as you need.

I did a Post Graduate Diploma in Law then the LPC to get a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Did my training contract at Thornleys solicitors in Manchester and have worked as a lawyer in Spain for the last 7 years where I am dual qualified as I am registered with both the Law Society (SRA) and the Colegio de Abogados.

jloo1978, it seems that a lot of the tripe, no better word for it, from both sides, seems to illustrate the confusion that exists between the words 'support' and ''defence'. As an ardent Red, it will always support my club/manager/squad/player/fellow Red. The same concept does not apply to defence, and it's interpretation. Put simply, I support, and will always support Luis Suarez. In this instance, I won't defend him, because his position is now indefensible. End of. JimmyTheRed

Must not be much in the way of legal activity going on in spain then, as you seem to spend most of your time on ja606.
