I am not a massive fan of Grayson and he the major mistakes he makes. However he has worked with nothing. All his targets have gone elsewhere because Bates will not spend a penny.
The situation at the club rests with Bates, if he had invested just a little of the millions he has taken out the players may not feel so demotivated, we would have better players, Grayson would have an easier job and the fans may be a bit more vocal in their support of the players, at home at least.
One chant must contribute and that is Bates out. To all you who love him just do a search on the Internet for his business deals from the sixties in the West Indies. You will see the type of person he his.

Can you name the players you definately know were targets that went elsewhere?? So he's not got a squad on wages which will reach £9-10m this year?

Bates Owns Leeds get over it.
Put your money where your mouth is and buy the club yourself.
Otherwise support the club and change the record.

Stockdale..........but Lonergan was his first choice and that's who we got.
Bowyer............this was all down to location apparently.
Andrews.........yes, this was down to wages. Can't believe he's on £20k plus at Blackburn. How much are Ipswich paying??? Did they ask us to pay more initially then reduce it when we declined at a later point.
