He IS a Saints footballer, they loaned him to QPR

Does anybody know why they've loaned a player out capable of playing in the Premier League?

Him and Adkins fell out massively, he won't play for Saints again, they'll ship him out as soon as they can, hence the QPR loan and him being in talks with us towards the end of the transfer window.
