(feel free to add your own)
1) Not rotating the squad enough, the team looked tired and laboured in the 2nd half.
2) Subs should have been made earlier, we should have brought on Miquel for Djourou after he was booked. The warning signs were early in the 2nd half and Wenger should have taken action.
3) Taking off BOTH wingers gave us no width at all and practically crippled us up front. One of them should have stayed on or dare i say it. Arshavin should have came on.
4) Squillaci? Whyyyyyy!!! Miguel has proved himself time and time again this season that he is far superior.
Hopefullly this gives Wenger a kick up the backside to sign some full-backs and a striker. This month will be prove if Wenger is serious about pushing for a Top 4 place.
Where we went wrong...

too many average players, gervinho and walcott look like championship players, benny and rosicky are well past it, chamahk (i know he never played) is awful and the defence has not been settled since moses was in shorts...
time to sell some of these players, i gonna just say it, walcott can go......he is bloody awful.

Its point 3...removing both wingers meant no width or pace. Fulham full backs had a merry time as a result. Are we seriously thinking fo replacing Gervinho with Henry? We really need pace on the wings! Must say its frustrating being an Arsenal supporter sometimes. The problems are obvious, and yet the highlight of this mnth will probably be Wayne Bridge on loan...
I wish we were more ruthless and decisive both on adn off the pitch. Spendign 10mn extra (i.e. 10mn more than he's worth) on a player will be OK if it keeps us in the Champions League. Going overboard for the sake of maintaining some kinda record for having negative transfer spending year after year is really going to harm us.

The fatigue told in the second half. The midfield that did so well in the first half clearly faded and couldn't keep up the pace.
