Well deserved. A player who has made a huge contribution and impact at Hillsborough. How we all would like to see him with us permanently. We can live in hope.

Fingers crossed on that one....can't see anyone filling the gap and it would be a huge blow to our promotion plans if we lost him!! Any ideas on who would be an ideal replacement (realistic opinions please) should the worst happen?

If I was Marshall I would bite our arm off. Long term we are a very good prospect - question is, is Marshall a good long term prospect and how bothered would His Garyness be if we didn’t manage to sign him on a permanent deal?

Forget all the bunkum and tosh that “Hud-draws-field” © are giving it when it comes to signing him, and any other club for that matter.


If we get promoted you can bet your ass that we will buy some Championship players in the summer – does Marshall fit this category? IMO unproven but well worth the plunge.
