I can't for the life of me understand why both the media and pundits build our players up so highly. It will lead to disappointment, like it has time and time again.

At this moment in time, who would United fans want as their keeper?

Reina, Cech, De Gea or Lindegaard?

De Gea. In 5 yrs they wont be able to clean his boots.

Sad thing is united fans are thinking ahead one second instead years

One thing I have noticed is what little attention Joe Hart has been getting. This season he has made numerous errors, maybe more so than De Gea, yet doesn't seem to get criticised for it.

Cech lives off previous reputation. He's been rather unreliable for two seasons now.

Sorry Scholesatov, don't agree with you at all. Cech was Chelsea's player of the season last season and saved Chelsea roughly 16 points last year. Without him, the game at Old Trafford at the end of the season would had been of no consequence as United would have already won the title. This season Cech has made a couple of mistakes but in games against Newcastle and Valencia, he made some crucial stops. He may be slightly on the wane now but he has given seven fantastic seasons for Chelsea and that is without mentioning his horrific injury. De Gea doesn't have that luxury obviously and will be scrutinised for every mistake by everyone until he proves that he can handle the responsibility of being United's number 1.

I actually agree! At this moment in time, Lindegaard is the only one who has not made any basic errors!

Of all the keepers in the premier league, Reina is the best by a long way. Cech has lost it, he just seems not to have any confidence any more and I think he costs Chelsea more points than he saves them. The Arsenal keepers - the less said, the better. Athletico are still laughing about having made so much money out of De Gea.In fact, if anything, some of the keepers from the lesser clubs are showing their quality this season in the premier league. Despite his mistakes, I'd have Reina in goal for any team. I think he's actually thew best Spanish keeper - above the overrated Casillas and Valdes. I wish he were still at Barça.
