I have to say the past few weeks I have been walking with a spring in my step. Been a Spurs fan since 1989 and in that time I seen a few decent teams and a few false dawns, but this team is something else. This team really could win the Premier League and its unbelievable to think we are actually challenging for it this season. I don’t expect us to win it no one does, but no one thought we would challenge either. In fact virtually every pundit had Man C, Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool to finish above us (they still might) but to shut a few gobs during this season has made our run even sweeter.
This month is a massive month for us and if we can end this month still right in the hunt then I will actually really start to believe it’s possible. Since we lost our 2 opening games which by the way was a greatly weakened Spurs team we have only lost once in the league to Stoke a game which we were cheated out of points by the ref. If we had got a draw from that game we would have been on a 17 game unbeaten run. That fellow Spurs fans is the stuff of champions. Over the Christmas period out of the CL chasing teams Spurs were the only team not to lose a game, that is the stuff of champions. We have scored in every game bar 1 (our first game v Man U) this season, that is the stuff of champions.
If Levy can secure us a couple quality players like maybe Damiao and Hoilett and they hit the ground running who knows where this season will take us, but isn’t just great to be in this position and hoping for team like Man U and City to lose, long may it continue and keep the faith…….COYS!!!
It really could happen

I watched Everton a couple of nights back and they were awful .....They will park the bus so we'll just have to bide our time . be patient and we'll come through

Can you imagine the stress of games if we are still in the hunt with 4 or 5 games to go, dunno if the heart will take that and im only 32.

Squid - They may park the buss, but we need to get through it and at the moment we look tired and out of ideas at times
King of Kings - Thats similar to the season we got 4th place, we needed to win against Arsenal and Chelsea and then at Man City...THE STRESS

It would be an incredible achievement if we did win it. I would especially love it because it would be a great big two fingered salute to the likes of Chelsea who tap up our players and Man City who simply buy success
Optimistically I think we have a chance. But I would be extremely happy with 2nd, 3rd or 4th
On a more negative note its just been announced henry has signed for Arsenal again. You just know he'll score against us when we play them

Also hypothetical scenario we actually play Fulham at home last day of the season, do you think if we needed to win that game to win the title and Fulham were in 10th place with a win or loss doing nothing to change that, would Martin Jol put out a weaker team or be happy for us to win. If his Fulham team cost us the title I don’t see many Spurs fans still being fond of Jol.

Big MJ
It would be typical of us if we go into the Fulham game needing to win, nothing is ever easy is it

Would be fitting for BMJ to be there as he was the one who was there at the beginning like Pete Best of the Beatles or those kids who invented facebook before Mark Zuckerberg...
