Who Do You Think You Are Kidding Mr Ferg?

**Midfield Aces Urged Out Of Retirement**

In a desperate attempt to rescue a lacklustre season, Sir Alex Ferguson has issued a distress call to former MUFC players to come out of retirement and save his beleagured squad from further ignominy.

Despite previous claims by the manager that he had 'future proofed' his team against the possibility of slipping down the pecking order in the pursuit of honours, Ferguson is believed to have been in touch with several former MUFC players in a bid to coax them out of retirement. It is understood that the manager believes that these 'golden oldies' can add the touch of class that his current team severely lack.

Despite claiming that his policy of youth progression will always bear fruit, Ferg has been forced into a u-turn after evidently conceding that his current crop of youngsters are under-skilled and over-hyped.

Any move to bolster his threadbare squad with veterans will also provide further evidence that the transfer funds available to Ferguson have been severely restricted by the current owners.

Players believed to have been sounded out to join Fergie's 'Dad's Army' include Clayton Blackmore, Mike Duxbury, Arthur Graham and Jordi Cruyff.

It is understood that Ferguson has selected these players in a bid to inject much needed drive, vision and stability into his moribund midfield.

However, in a surprising move, Ferguson has told Ryan Giggs that his services are no longer required as the manager feels that the midfield veteran has become a liability. Referees no longer pay any attention to his senile ramblings and his pitiful attempts at tackling, loss of pace and unfortunate habit of continually scowling is a source of constant embarrassment. It is believed that his recent performance on Tyneside was the final nail in his coffin.

Of course, this will allow Giggs to focus his attentions on matters off the pitch....

No, you said you've seen fans condone the actions of those last night.

So where is the evidence?

I wouldnt waste my real opinion on posters like you.

You've already made your mind up, generalising all scousers as X, Y and Z. Thats 800,000 people judged. When you probably have no idea about the thoughts and opinions of 750,000 of them. No matter what I say you'll be here tomorrow spouting the same rubbish.

Now will you finally follow your own advice, your very first post on this thread and concentrate on your own club?

If you didnt see the articles from Liverpool fans supporting Suarez then you are clearly telling porkies..tut tut..as i said, the cameras caught a few last night singing Suarez songs..please can make it clear although I despise those fans last night, I do NOT think these views are shared by the majority of Liverpool fans

To be fair sir bob I misread what he had written there

BB

I've seen fans defend Suarez but only on account thinking he is either not guilty or has been unfairly treated. I've seen plenty if comments by Liverpool fans on here that said he deserved a punishment but not to hung out to dry like he has.
