This does make me think how fortunate we are as Chelsea fans.
We got in financial trouble and were bought out by a multi-billionaire. Portsmouth however, it just seems to be lurching from one crisis to another. We worry we might not have CL football next season, Portsmouth fans worry whether they'll have a next season.
I almost hope for a draw as those extra ticket receipts and possible TV coverage could be crucial for a team in Portsmouth's current situation. Almost but not quite

I'd be concerned about where thay extra money would go. Certainly not to the club. Still dodgy dealings going on there. Almost want us to go under and form a Phoenix club back in the local leagues just to get rid of the plebs who are leaching off our club.

He's a microceleb amongst football fans.

A couple years back, I was at a friendly between Portsmouth and my local non-league side and all these people were queuing up to have photos taken with him, getting his autograph.

My only disappointment was nobody took that f'ing bell from him.
