If Barca were selling Fab....

If Barca were selling Fab, do you think their evaluation would be 35M??

I doubt it..more like 55-60M. And you would not hear the "one more year of wear and tear" nonsense logic either.

Hypocrites....great football side..disgusting business side...

Clichy to Liverpool ?? Little rat b*stard

I wouldn't want Clichy to go to Liverpool. As little as I think of him as a player personally, he could flourish in a Liverpool side where it's all about constant pushing on.

This 'aint rocket science.
Their valuation would be higher than yours due to the fact that he would have been part of a major squad, decorated in many competitions.
As it is, he's....................................not.
...............................................................................................
tux...your logic is sooo flawed it is hard to know where to start..but I will try.

according to your logic, only players from top winning clubs are valued highly?? REALLY?? there is a long list every year of high valued players that do NOT come from a top club.....HELLO???

according to your logic, only highly decorated clubs are major clubs?? Does that mean that the 5 years that went by before this current Bara side, the 6 years that Brca won almost nothing, and were owned by Real...that made Barca minor club?? Clubs are defined on more than just a recent few years ot decoration mate...

Fab is rated in the 50M+ range by every source out there..except for Barca...but if Barca were selling him, then he would of course be worth 60M, not 35M..

Barca is the best foorball side in the world right now, and for me the best I have seen in a decade or two...their business management side is a far different story: unethical, liars, and cheats...period.

Give me Arsenal's business model: pay your way, negotiate above board and ethically

We have told you in clear words not a pennny more than 35m. Ok u got it? If u don't wanna sell him for that keep him, he might win u a trophey some day. No hypocricy. Just tell your captain barca not willing to pay what you are not worth of, so u better call a press
conferance, tell everyone in the broad daylight that you
are not goin to barca. Now all you moaning souls stop blaming us for your own short comings. It's not barca's fault that they are far more attractive club to play for than your club.
...............................................................................................

silk..these boards are supposed to be for intelligent people that understand football..that eliminates you....

you missed the entre point, so I will try again..

the question was..if Barca were selling Fab..would they value him at 35M?? You and I both know that is rubbish...Barca would list him for 60M +....

This debate has nothing to do with how good Barca's team is..that is another point entirely. So do not make the common logic mistake of inserting non-valid arguments. Please go take a course in logic and resoning; you need it as you violate chapters 1 and 2.

Barca's transfer ethcs are pathetic....the worst in Europe. Is a shame their business management is not as good as their football team.

The real issue is that Barcelona DO NOT NEED Fabregas, which is why they are not willing to pay a large transfer fee for him.

What is the issue for their PRESIDENT and presumably Board is
their Ego and I suspect a feeling of revenge against a club who
have taken now 4 players from their Youth Squads and paid peanuts for the privilege.

Fabregas does I am sure want to go back to Barcelona, but he
is an intelligent boy and I am sure that he understands by now what is the game being played by these people.

He knows that at Arsenal he is WANTED whereas at Barcelona their desire for him is waifer thin. Once acquired his tenure will be short term just like with Hleb,Ibrahomovic and now apparently Villa.
