WW!..the thing is with all these anti Grayson posts, he did get us to where we are, and if you ask me its someone else that's not giving him what he needs to do the job we want!..

Like I have suggested a couple of times, he picks who he would like to play for him, and the players he gets seem to be more often then not the left overs, is that the sign of a manager doing a bad job or of one that's not getting the backing he needs?..

People always throw the blame at the manager but if the backing isn't right then he can only do so much, and I think he's done alright for a guy who has a good reputation of doing things the way he wants and upsetting as many people as he can on the way!..

Like I've said more then once, I'd like a list of all players he has asked for, and see how many we would have agreed with!..

We will now see if Bates is true to his word, because if he wants Premiership football then time is passing him away, so he'd best move it before he misses the boat!..

I'd say Bates is holding our club back and not Grayson, but I have also asked "Doe's the man upstairs think nows the time to move up?.."

We'll see now when he gets us a new Keeper what his intentions are!.

Germany, so if Grayson is saying what someone else is telling him, or buying players that aren't his choice, whose fault is that?

Do you think our last 2 2nd half of seasons poor form and woeful players reflect on Grayson or Bates?

No one sticks a gun to Grayson's head and says keep putting up with being made to look stupid.

So, either Grayson is allowing himself to be made to look stupid or he is being stupid.

A question!..what makes anyone of you think if someone else was in Graysons shoes they'd done any better then him?..

Its been argued more often then not about the signings and the lack of money!..

I want to know has Grayson had targets that he wanted and Bates or is it his right hand man, what's his name, Harvey, that talks to them?.. because I don't think its Grayson, is it the men upstairs that say to Grayson "sorry bud, that one fell through?"..or does Grayson say "I would like this guy but its a waste of time asking because someone else is looking at him?..

Grayson, as far as I see it, is trying to do the best he can, but its been proved before, even before Leeds, that Bates isn't the best at trying to get blood out off!..

He selacts transfers, within budget isn't decided by him, and that's where we're falling short so so many of "you's" are always saying!..

You's think he's doing a bad job, looking back at last year and this, I think he's doing a good job!..

Its funny, all the Grayson out and he's not got a clue from the few on here!..

You've just done it again, you have said "He has"!..

Like said many times, the money, signing of players, and anything to do with money coming into and going out off the club has nothing to do with him!..

The profit Bates made for Schmeichel is something "he" isn't going to turn down!..

We now know that our players that we want to stay aren't safe, so we'd best hope that Bates isn't in to a profitable mood, because if he is then we'll be having more of the stuff we're having now!..

Believe me when I say, I don't like what is going on, but I'll look more to the top then at Grayson, because I think its Bates that's holding us back, and I've even asked a few times who thinks Bates is ready for the move back up!..

Don't forget, he has a few bob to lose when we go up to soon!..

And to stop that happening he makes it look like players don't want to know, which is odd for somebody that says more then not "we can get any player we choose to"!..

I'd say the players infront of Schmeichel should go before him, but there you go, obviously he's worth more!..

What has the fact he's worth more when grayson says it was a fotballing decision?

If you wanted to sort your back line out, who would you get rid of first, the strongest link or the rusty links?..

The problem is people will look at the stronger links before they do the rusty ones!..

And when we make a profit like we did is that not a Footballing dicision?..
